Coel Mor Drumscriobh
DrumScriobh 2 is a drum score writing application, with wave sound playback. The composer initially defines the score characteristics when a new score is created, the music structure is defined with a simple user interface. i.e. time signature and how many parts. In addition, there are a number of toolbars which may be used to drag and drop structure items, clefs, time signatures etc. directly on to the score.
The composition can be played back using computer speakedrs.
Gordon Brown worked with Coel Mor to assist with the fine tuning of the software.

Coel Mor Piobmaster
PiobMaster 2.3 allows the composer to define the music structure with a simple user interface. i.e. time signature and how many parts. The user then has the ability to "drag and drop", notes, doublings and embellishments from their palettes onto the stave. Notes can be "Grouped, "Dotted","Cut" or "Tied" by simply selecting them and pressing the appropriate button.
The composition can be played back using computer speakers. |
